The St Albans team recently welcomed settle to visit our site in Flitton, Bedfordshire, where we’re building a new development of mixed-tenure homes.
Flitton is the second project that we’re delivering with settle, having already completed and handed over 25 new affordable homes in Shepreth, South Cambridgeshire.
Peter Williams, Managing Director of Stonebond St Albans, said: “By working in partnership with settle we’re maximising the opportunities to deliver more affordable homes for the local area. Work is well underway and we’re looking forward to completing the development next year.”
