Andrew Cornelius appointed Group Chief Executive of Stonebond Properties

Andrew Cornelius has been appointed Group Chief Executive for the Stonebond Group of Companies.

Andrew joined the premium housebuilder in 2019 and most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer.

Andrew has more than 15 years of industry experience having previously held senior positions within two of the major listed housebuilders Berkeley Group plc and Countryside Properties plc.

Commenting, Richard and Graham Cherry, Co-Chairmen of Stonebond, said:

Since joining us in 2019 he has successfully led the strategic direction and regional growth of the business.  His background in finance coupled with his strong commercial acumen and ability to influence others, ideally positions him to lead the expansion of the Group to deliver 1,000 homes per annum by 2025 and achieve our stock market listing aspirations”.

Andrew added:

Stonebond is currently selling new homes from Orchard Gardens, Melbourn and Woodside Place, Langdon Hills and has a pipeline of more than 800 homes in planning promotion and over £500m in GDV.
