WHAT WE ARE DOING
Stonebond Properties have ensured we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.
The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We have built our website to ensure all pages conform to Level A requirements, with many Level AA and Level AAA requirements also met.
HOW WE ARE DOING IT
Keyboard Navigation
The website has been built to allow clear and easy keyboard navigation allowing users to access most areas of the website using their keyboard only. Appropriate text and labels have been used to make sure each element in focus can be easily described by screen reader software or the user themselves.
Alternative text
Non-decorative images on this site are accompanied by a text alternative which identifies the image or its function.
Links
Text links are written so that they make sense when read out of context.
Colour scheme
Information displayed on this website does not rely on colour alone.
Text resizing
The modern browsers we support (Firefox 3.6 and later, Internet Explorer 7 and later, Chrome (9 and later) and Safari 4.x and later) feature in-built accessibility tools, including zoom and text-resizing.
You can change the text size or adjust the page zoom in your browser by following these instructions:
JavaScript
The user experience might be diminished where JavaScript is required for some of the interactive elements.
We recommend that users download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat to view Adobe PDF files. Please note some of our older archived Adobe PDF files may not be completely accessible when using screen readers.
Structured, semantic mark-up
This site uses style sheets (CSS) to separate content from presentation. If your browser does not support style sheets, the use of structured semantic mark-up ensures that the content of each page is still readable and clearly structured.
