Land to west of Garnetts and North of Dunmow Road

We are preparing our forthcoming planning application for the residential development at Land to the west of Garnett’s, Takeley.

This application follows the outline planning application that was approved by Uttlesford District Council in November 2022. In line with outline approval, Stonebond are proposing a residential scheme for 155 new homes. The scheme includes a mix of starter homes and family homes including 16 custom build units.

The layout below illustrates Stonebond’s proposals. The scheme has been designed to be compliant with the outline planning consent as well as giving due consideration to existing constraints and ensuring quality design principles.
