Skills & Experience

The position has four clear purposes:

  • Liaising with the Sales Team, Customer Service Manager and Purchasers to arrange Home Demonstrations, Welcome Parties, Settling in Visits etc
  • Dealing with Purchasers from handover through to the end of the 2-year warranty and beyond in a polite and professional manner
  • Effectively liaise with management, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure defects are closed out as quickly as possible
  • Liaising with the Sales Team regarding legal completions and key handovers


  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Organisation, planning and prioritising skills
  • Ability to analyse data & relay information
  • Ability to identify defects and action accordingly
  • Resilient, able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Understand the importance of building relationships and collaborative working
