The position has seven clear purposes:

• To implement all aspects of marketing strategies for the company and its developments.
• To work with the Sales & Marketing Director in supporting the land teams, researching the market.
• To work with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop our sales & marketing offering to our RP and BTR providers, raise the profile of our partnerships business through marketing, co-ordinate all aspects of marketing with our partners including site signage, presentation, PR and social media opportunities.
• To manage marketing budgets.
• To maximise sales opportunities through enforcing presentation standards, training and coaching the sales team, working with the Sales Manager to review campaign analytics and ensuring positive follow up and maximising opportunities.
• To deputise for the Sales and Marketing Director.
• Contribute towards improved performance and profitability.
