About the role

Stonebond are looking for an engaging and self-motivated team player who is able to work under their own initiative to meet deadlines to achieve results.

Stonebond is a privately owned company with a friendly progressive atmosphere.

Your land knowledge makes you skilled in identifying new opportunities and working alongside others, you are capable of managing consultant teams to deliver planning applications from inception to planning approval.

Your role will involve identifying and acquiring development sites across the region, advising the Board and team members on any land propositions, maintaining excellent relationships with key land contacts and assisting procuring various admin schedules to aid delivering the business plan on an annual basis.

Skills & Experience

o Bachelor’s Degree preferable

o Minimum of Relevant HND/HNC or similar

o Proven track record in the UK building industry

o Ability to work to deadlines and on own initiative

o Wide knowledge of Construction Industry processes and procedures

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Acquiring land opportunities

o Formulating offers and negotiating with local authorities

o Working on progressing planning applications

o Maintain a high profile with external property contacts
