Your land knowledge makes you skilled in identifying new opportunities and working alongside others, you are capable of managing consultant teams to deliver planning applications from inception to planning approval.

Skills & Experience

Key responsibilities include:

To identify and acquire development sites across the region, and if appropriate on their own subject to internal approvals.
To lead on land negotiations and ensuring the business plan is met.
Lead/advise/assist other Land team members on any land propositions.
Maintain excellent relationships with key land contacts.
To assist procuring various admin schedules to aid delivering the business plan on an annual basis.

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum of Relevant HND/HNC or similar
Bachelor’s Degree preferable
Proven track record in the UK building industry
Wide knowledge of Construction Industry processes and procedures
Ability to work to deadlines and on own initiative
Wide knowledge of Construction Industry processes and procedures
Excellent communication skills in English
Clean UK driving licence
