Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with plotting new sites and updating existing sites on Stonebonds Document control system.
• Assisting with and managing the Overhead System, delivering invoices, creating purchase orders and manual payments.
• Registering new development sites with building control and warranty providers and monitoring payments.
• Assisting with managing the all-department information trackers.
• Requesting and managing consultant framework agreements, long forms and short forms.
• General secretarial duties for the department and support for other departments as required, including arranging meetings and CPD seminars.
• Maintaining Health and Safety matrix and booking relevant training.
• Manage and maintain an effective online filing system.
• Maintain status information sheets regarding progress of various aspects of the Technical Departments role including and not limited to the bond schedule, plot information schedule, project directories.
• Issue Technical Departmental information as required to the rest of the Group.
• Ensure familiarity with Stonebonds Group’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies and comply with employee responsibilities.
• At all times comply with company policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
