This website details the forthcoming planning application for residential development at Brizes Corner Field, Kelvedon Hatch.

The site has been allocated for residential development in the adopted Brentwood Local Plan and the initial scheme has been designed through consultation with Brentwood Borough Council ensuring it is compliant with national and local planning policies and delivers a well thought out scheme with quality design principles.

Stonebond have worked up a proposal for 24 traditional new starter and family homes. The mix of new homes is shown below.
