  • Modern Slavery Policy
  • Anti-Money Laundering Policy
  • Equality & Diversity Policy
  • Bullying and Harassment Policy
  • Health and Safety Policy
  • Mental Health Policy
  • Whistleblowing Policy
  • Anti-Bribery Policy
  • Data Protection Policy

We will adopt and commit to the principles and practices set out in this statement and the supporting policies and procedures referred to above.

Employees

We are committed to the well-being and continual development of the people in our employment. The organisation’s success depends on having employees that are appreciated, valued, and given regular feedback so that everyone has a clear understanding of their role and how they contribute to the business.

All employees are recognised and rewarded based on their performance, effort, contribution, and achievements.

We expect our employees to act with respect towards one another and exercise a high standard of business practice and workmanship.

We fully support diversity, fairness, and equal opportunity.

Customers

We are a member of the HBF/ NHBC star rating system and our objective is to be a 5* rated housebuilder each and every year. We also conduct a separate survey for our Housing Association customers and partners to ensure we deliver the highest level of service, regardless of the tenure/ end user.

We will not compromise on maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards in all dealings with our customers. Our approach to customer care is simple, we want our customers to enjoy a stress-free move when they have purchased one of our homes and feel in control throughout the whole process.

Suppliers

We create and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contractors. We will only choose suppliers that share our ethos in relation to ethical trading, employment practices, quality, and environmental controls. This will be clearly communicated to all suppliers and potential suppliers.

Environment & Sustainability

We take pride in our sustainability approach to housebuilding. Our homes are developed with care and built for life – not just for our homeowners, but with the environment and wider community in mind.

We have adopted 22 Themes, Outcomes, Measures from the UN National Framework to measure the £ social value generated from our operations. These are split into 4 distinct areas-

  • Jobs – promoting local skills & employment
  • Growth – supporting growth of responsible regional businesses
  • Social – healthier, safer and more resilient communities
  • Environment – protecting and improving our environment

Our commitments include protecting and rehoming wildlife, preserving and planting new trees, shrubs and wildflower meadows as well as recycling all our build waste and using local suppliers and sub-contractors.

The Community

We recognise and understand the significance of the local community within which we operate. We aim to enhance our contribution to the community by being sensitive to the needs of local people and groups and promoting ethical and socially responsible trading.

Employees are encouraged to take part in volunteering projects and local community projects, or projects of their own choosing, that carry particular resonance for them.

Modern Slavery Statement

We annually publish a statement setting out what steps it has taken to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking from its business and the supply chain.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

We have developed robust procedures to deal with the risks of money laundering, which is where criminals attempt to change money from their activities into ‘clean money’. The same procedures are also designed to deal with the risks of funds and property from legitimate sources being used to fund terrorism.

Ongoing commitment

We are fully committed to the principle of Corporates Social Responsibility and no relevant policy decisions will be made within the business, without first evaluating the potential Corporates Social Responsibility impact.
